Nowadays, they are many ways to install an app that is "not available in your country" via VPN (Virtual Private Network). This manual uses in-device app (Orbot) to instal the LibreLink app via VPN onto your device so you can use the app to start/read Libre1 sensor. The instructions can be used for any app on the PlayStore, and also for the Libre3 sensor (Libre3 app).
